All deliveries are free in the mainland UK and Isle of Wight

  • Select your delivery date at checkout if your item is in stock.
  • We deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm, excluding bank holidays.
  • When your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email to let you know it's on its way.

One-person delivery

Your item will be delivered to your door between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific time slot and the driver cannot call you before they arrive

For flats or apartments, delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only

You’ll receive an estimated 2 hour time slot the evening before your delivery and our drivers will call you up to 15 minutes before they arrive

For flats or apartments, delivery is up to the second floor only

  • We cannot guarantee delivery on your preferred delivery date to the following postcodes: AB10-16, AB21-25, AB30-39, AB41-45, AB51-56, DD1-11, FK18-21, G84, HS1-9, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-49, IV51-56, IV63, KA27-28, KW1-17, KY8-9, PA20-80, PH1-50, ZE1-3
  • We do not deliver to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, and Eire.
  • Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead-time item
  • If you want to change or cancel your delivery date - for one-person delivery, you must notify us 2 working days before your delivery date; for two-person delivery, you must notify us 3 working days before your delivery date. This is because orders are collected by our couriers in advance
  • If you wish to amend the delivery address you will need to cancel your order and place a new order to the new address
  • It is your responsibility to check that there is suitable access to your property
  • You must provide us with working contact details so that we can contact you about delivery
  • You must check your order confirmation email to make sure we have your correct delivery address
  • You must provide us with directions if your address is difficult to find
