The insurance will commence immediately after your furniture is delivered and will continue for a period of 5 years, with the exception of structural damage which will commence when the manufacturers warranty expires. Significant exclusions from the policy include; commercial use, deliberate damage, abuse or neglect, removal of odours, wear and tear, natural characteristics of leather, fading of fabric and materials, accumulated multiple stains. Please refer to your certificate of cover for the full terms and conditions.

What you need to know

  • To be eligible for finance, you must be at least 18 years old; are, or your partner is, either in permanent paid employment, self-employed, retired and receiving a pension, working student in part time work or in receipt of a disability benefit; have been a resident in the UK or Guernsey for at least 3 years; have a debit or credit card in your name, which is registered to your address, to pay the deposit where applicable; have a Bank or Building Society current account available; have an email address to receive the important information throughout the application process, including your signed credit agreement; are not currently bankrupt, subject to an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA), or have any country Court Judgements (CCJs); and your application must be in your name only, and delivery must be to your registered address - we cannot deliver to an alternative address
  • Missed or late payments will result in fees and additional interest on your loan and can also affect your credit file and your ability to obtain credit in the future

    Your first Direct Debit payment will be taken approximately 30 days after you receive your purchase. This will show on your statement as a payment to V12 Retail Finance. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time. If you decide to return your items within 30 days of receipt, just contact us and we’ll cancel your application, and the lender will refund your deposit and let you know of any outstanding balance if applicable.
